eliminating real estate commissions paid to the listing broker. Bravo’s exclusive $1,995 flat fee full service marketing
solution will save home sellers anywhere from 50% to 95% over the traditional 6% commission charged by most
real estate firms.

is paid at closing.
Unlike some service providers and discount brokers who offer a Flat Fee service to list a home on the MLS, or
to provide a severely limited set of services, Bravo’s exclusive flat fee full service program includes
everything any ‘traditional’ full service firm would provide, and in most cases a far more aggressive and extensive
