Bravo’s new website has been created
drawing on cutting edge mapping technology and extensive custom
MLS/IDX data integration featuring multiple IDX and MLS data feeds.
Bravo’s site is introducing a number of
core functionalities that are not found in any competing broker
websites in Bravo’s market area, including

Full Zillow
API Integration. Bravo’s new website
tightly integrates Zillow’s Zestimates and
comparable sales data via the recently released Zillow API. When
looking at a property detail page, registered
users will also see a value estimation based on current comparable
sales, as well as a clickable list
of recent comparable sales.

Visual Map
Searches. Users are able to navigate a
local map, moving around and zooming in/out,
with properties being displayed on the map. This allows for a visual
map driven search for available
properties, as opposed to searching by price range as is common on
broker websites.

Box search interface. Visitors can
simply enter a ZIP code, MLS number, street name,
city name, or name of a neighborhood or community and Bravo’s
proprietary search engine will search
all available properties for matches and then display matches on a
map.

Multi-MLS
Search Engine with integrated Rebate calculator.
Users can search multiple MLS
systems from the simple search interface and search results
displayed automatically show the amount of
Bravo’s cash rebate paid to buyers.

Ability to
create complex custom searches,
including searches based on the age of a listing. This
unique feature allows investors for example to search for properties
that have been on the market for a
certain amount of time.

myBravo
Backoffice. Registered users will be
able to save searches, create automatic
updates, schedule showings or submit an offer using various tools
located in the myBravo backoffice.
