How the Bravo Full Service Program Works

The following is an overview of how the Bravo Full Service Program works.

  1. Preparing your Property
    Your listing specialist will make recommendations on how to prepare your home for a sale.
  2. Pricing for a Quick Sale
    We will prepare an extensive market analysis and recommend a realistic list price that will take all market conditions into account.
  3. Listing on the MLS and Marketing
    Your home will be listed on the MLS, along with professional photography plus virtual tour. In addition we will execute an aggressive marketing plan including Internet and print advertising.
  4. Install Sign & Lockbox
    We will have a professional Bravo for sale sign installed if permitted, as well as a state of the art electronic Supra E-Key infrared lockbox.
  5. Showings, Feedback & Update Reports
    We will coordinate and schedule all showings with you. After showings we obtain detailed showing feedback. You will ongoing, regular update calls and marketing reports from your dedicated Listing Coordinator.
  6. Offers & Contracts
    We will negotiate all contracts on your behalf in consultation with you; we will draft counter offers as needed. We will also ensure that all disclosures, etc. are properly in place.
  7. Escrow
    Bravo will handle all escrows for clients represented by Bravo. If Bravo Title is selected as the settlement agent, then Bravo Title will manage all final escrow and closing related transactions.
  8. Contract to Closing
    We will manage the entire contract to closing process for you. We will coordinate inspections and repairs and ensure that the buyer's financing and insurance will be in place on time.
  9. The Closing
    Congratulations on the Sale of your property! Upon closing we will provide you with a CD ROM containing a copy of your entire file, including all documents executed by you at closing if Bravo Title is handling the closing.
