When
you buy a property using a licensed
REALTORŪ agent, then that agent/broker is paid a
selling side commission by the listing broker
(the co-broke commission). This commission is
usually half of the total commission paid by the
seller, and in most cases is equal to 3% of the
purchase price. In addition, often the seller
will offer 'hidden' incentives and seller agent
bonuses - usually in form of a cash payment - to
the agent who brings a buyer. Bravo calculate
the Bravo commission rebate off any commissions,
incentives, bonuses or other payments received.
Non-cash incentives, such as trips are passed on
directly to you, the buyer.
Bravo's commission rebate is paid either as a
rebate check issued to you at closing, or as a
purchase price or closing cost contribution -
your choice.
