Making an Offer

When you are ready to make an offer, we are with you every step of the way.

A Bravo Agent will walk you through the entire offer process and take care of all required paperwork. Bravo will prepare your offer in accordance with your instructions, present all offers on your behalf to the listing agent or owner, and negotiate the transaction on your behalf and at your direction to assure you the best possible terms.

In addition, one of Bravo's brokers will personally oversee the entire transaction to ensure you receive the best possible service and representation.

If your offer is accepted then Bravo's Title & Closing department will take over the transaction and manage it from Contract to Closing.
